Providing Patron Information

Any patron can request a list of items currently checked out on his/her library card by showing library staff his/her library card or another form of identification. We cannot provide this information to
non-residents whose towns have “passworded” access to the database. Patrons requesting this information about the circulation records of other patrons may be accommodated under the following circumstances:

Patrons or legal guardians of children under twelve may obtain the list of items checked out. For children over twelve, the parent should present the child’s card.

Possession of a library card implies free access to the Library
records attached to that card.

Relatives of deceased patrons will be given full information.
